Change in Labor Regulations in Colombia: It is important and necessary to take into account resolutions such as 2764 of 2022, Article 7, “…All companies must provide remote psychological assistance and develop actions to promote mental health and prevent and address stress and mental health problems and disorders, for which they must use specific intervention protocols for psychosocial risk factors. These actions must be developed within the framework of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System.”
