In your womb, life blossomed.
In your hands, you held joy,
in your voice, a guiding echo,
every affectionate gesture, every smile,
is a seed that nestles within the soul.
Loving isn’t just looking tenderly,
or embracing with power;
it’s listening to hidden doubt,
validating overflowing emotion,
and calming wounds.
Limits don’t extinguish, nor do they hurt;
they protect, guide, and accompany,
they are a beacon of meaning in the dark night,
they are a light that disarms fear.
Your words are sincere arrows,
more than commands, they are eternal footprints,
for we learn from example,
not from empty voices that ring out.
Let them walk their path;
stumbling also teaches them,
and by acknowledging each effort,
their confidence grows and takes off.
Father, mother, family, your love is the fruitful sowing,
your presence the greatest gift,
for parenting is forging hearts,
that perpetuates a great legacy,
a legacy of peace and harmony, of living hope.
