Adoption
Yes, you can adopt. We can guide you through the entire process, which is described at the following link https://fundacionlospisingos.org/puentes-que-sanan-intervencion/
The timeframe varies by process and each specific case. In general, it can take several months. Factors such as the family’s openness, legal requirements, home-study/eligibility assessments, and family preparation influence the duration. It’s important to be patient and focus on completing each step correctly.
Prospective parents must be over 25, meet all eligibility criteria, have the emotional and financial stability to meet the needs of children or adolescents, have no criminal record, and be able to provide a safe, responsible, and permanent environment. They must also participate in interviews, psychological evaluations, and preparation workshops. All of this ensures the family environment is safe and appropriate for the child.
Preparation includes workshops on parenting and adoption, as well as an assessment process called a suitability evaluation. This helps the family understand the challenges and responsibilities of adoption. There is also a gradual adaptation/bonding period between the family and the child before the adoption is formalized, to support attachment and ensure both are ready to begin this new stage together.

Knowledge Management
Not taking care of employees’ mental health generates high costs due to turnover, sick leave, and loss of talent. Burnout increases the intention to resign and reduces productivity, quality, and innovation, which affects the work climate. In addition, failure to comply with Resolution 2764 of 2022 exposes companies to legal risks, as it is mandatory to provide psychological support and manage psychosocial risks within the Occupational Health and Safety System.

Prevention and management of mental-health risks are effectively carried out through workshops, training, and group interventions. These actions strengthen skills, improve the work climate, foster communication, and provide practical tools to manage stress and prevent burnout. They also boost teamwork and organizational engagement, generating lasting benefits for employees’ health and company productivity. Investing in these spaces protects both people and the organization.

The donation certificate is a document issued by the entity receiving the donation (a non-profit entity qualified under the Special Tax Regime (RTE)) to certify that it has received an asset or money from a donor. This certificate is crucial for the donor to access tax benefits, such as income tax deductions.
The donation certificate applies when a taxpayer (natural or legal person) makes a donation to an entity and this donation meets the requirements for it to be deductible from income tax.
